Hey scrapbooking friends! I apologize for being a little late with this review, but summer is here and my kids are keeping me busy!! So I got my kit from The Scrapbookingstore around May 21st or so and wanted to get you some pictures!!! (A big thanks to The Scrapbookingstore for providing me with a free kit to review…all thoughts are 100% my own) So without further ado….here is my Scrapbookingstore May Kit Review!!
Scrapbookingstore May Kit Review
Basic Kit Contents
If you subscribe to the basic kit (which is ONLY $14 per month with a years subscription) then you will receive a beautiful collection by Teresa Collins in the Scrapbookingstore May Kit. I am TOTALLY in love with her paper!!! It is such a great quality and absolutely beautiful.
This is called the Life Emporium Collection. Cute name for a darling set of coordinating cardstock. Another bonus is that these papers are all double sides so you have even more options.
My favorite pieces of cardstock are the Multistripe, the Cards and all the polka dots!! Super cute and with 3 girls I can think of endless layout ideas. Don’t worry though…this kit is for everyone. There are lots of paper options for males too! Corkboard, stripes, striped wood…the options are endless.
The basic kit also includes a 12 x 12 cardstock sticker sheet. It is Flashback by Ki and has 72 pieces. I am loving all these retro inspired stickers. The cameras are a big favorite of mine.
Upgraded Kit Extras
If you upgrade your Scrapbookingstore kit for only $20 a month with a years subscription….you will get 4 extras for that 6 bucks! Totally worth it…unless you don’t like embellishments and I have never met a scrapbooker who didn’t, LOL.
There is a 12 x 12 sticker sheet by Studio Calico called the Atlantic Sticker Sheet. The colors of these stickers coordinate nicely with the main kit. These are perfect for some summer layouts.
Next up is a Washi Shapes Booklet by Heidi Swapp. It has 70 pieces and can be used with memory planners or ANYTHING. This will work great for my daughters Project Life books!! Plus the colors match the basic kit really well.
How about Vellum Stars by Studio Calico? I am hooked on stars and these are adorable. So dainty and feminine…I am in love!
Last is a Wise Words Sticker sheet by Jillibean Soup. It is so easy to add some extra to a layout with these word stickers. These also work perfectly on handmade cards.
