Easy Way to Keep Track of Which Photos You Have Printed
I added this photo printing printable to my Scrapbook Organizational Planner and it is just a seamless process for me to stay organized!
I even made it with the same colors and graphics to it matches!! That must be the scrapbooker in me, huh?? 
How to Use the Photo Printing Printable
This concept is EASY…which is my favorite way to get things done. I print off at least 12 copies of this form. Some months are busier then others and may need more than one page.
I list the month in the top column. Then I write the different activities we did that month on the lines under the month column.
These may not all be actual activities or events…so I will summarize the photos as needed.
Then I have a column to check that I have backed these photos up.
I also have a column to check after I have printed that group of photos! I don’t always print a whole month of photos at the same time so this helps me keep track of what has been printed so I don’t waste ink or money.
